jiji77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiji77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiji77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
